ALL PRICES + GST. Prices subject to change at anytime. Equipment used at your own risk and as per our rental agreement terms.
-Daily (minimum 1 day, 2 units) from $12.50 per radio per day
Add $2.50 p/d per radio for curly acoustic tube (secret service/ surveillance type) earpieces. Supplied sanitized with fresh disposable earbud.

FREE antibacterial sanitizing wipes for your crew
-Disposable hygienic earbuds for earpieces. Extra 20 packs of fresh earbuds are available for purchase.
-COVID19 handheld crowd tally counter with LCD display- 1 free per hire if needed. Extras $4ea p/d.
-Weekly from $7.50 per radio per day
-Monthly lease ($POA- we will set you up with your own private channel, managed service agreement)
-4 Private encrypted talkgroups included (licensed by the Australian Government -ACMA) "Security", "Event Control", "Cleaning", "Medical", "Spare" (not private). Need these changed? Need extra channels? We can re-programme them to suit your event at additional cost.
-Easy to use, rugged equipment. IP67 Waterproof. Up to 3km range in open areas.
-We use Digital radios for clearer audio in noisy venues, reduced battery consumption, greater coverage, much better comms security. Our security and medical channels are encrypted. Most radio hire companies use outdated analogue equipment- make sure that you ask!
-Portable onsite Digital Single Frequency Repeater (signal booster) with mini antenna mast $30 p/day
-We will supply the right radio for your event or project- screen/no screen, compact/ standard size etc.
-Speaker microphones, Earpieces, spare batteries, high noise earmuff style headsets available for rock concerts (barrier) and construction.
-5 Watt temporary Car Kits with no-scratch magnetic roof antennas, fist mic and radio (up to 100kph ok) -$20 p/d
-Portable base station Control room kit with digital base radios, 80 channel CB radio, folding table (optional), digital sound recorder (optional), desk light, and portable antenna mast. 240v or battery power -$25 per day
-240v 2.3kva petrol inverter generator -$60 per day
-Silent 3KW event lighting tower / Multi use platform- From $100 per day plus delivery. Requires 10/15 amp 240v power supply. Can also be supplied with wireless CCTV site cameras or radio repeater.
-Wireless event CCTV cameras with AI motion detection to your site manager or guard’s phone. 4G based battery powered system with 3 day endurance. Suits the Multi use platform event trailer mast. Battery powered cameras can be placed on trees, light poles, trusses, inside bar areas etc. $POA
-High power portable repeaters available for regional events. Price includes repeater site location costs, RF mapping and repeater setup. Festival wide or Area wide coverage if required. Minimum hire 2 days. $POA as its complex... lets talk.
-Gold Coast wide coverage available for road races, triathlons, fun runs etc.
-Event setup and onsite support, staff radio induction, help at staff/volunteer sign on $POA hourly rate or package quote with setup
-Custom programming- $POA
-Local area delivery from $50 per hire (Logan/ Gold Coast), or pickup from our office in Ormeau QLD -free
-7 days emergency breakdown support and phone assistance for all hires- included. We often include spare backup radios at no extra charge (if returned sealed) for events in remote locations. Our gear is maintained meticulously and is checked before every hire.
-All equipment is hygienically cleaned and sanitized before your hire. Sanitizing wipes are provided FREE with each kit for your safety.
-Bodycamera rentals for duty managers/ event security. All footage is securely downloaded and returned to you on a USB stick within 2 days of return of the bodycams. $15 each per camera per day.
-24/7 urgent bodycamera footage download callouts are available for time critical police/ liquor licensing investigations (charges apply).
Touring groups are welcome to apply.
We will quote on medium sized regional festivals and events in QLD. Travel and staff accommodation fees etc will apply. We can supply a radio management service with onsite support, sign in/out assistance, charge all units overnight and hand them back to you fresh in the morning etc.
We do not rent radios in Sydney or Melbourne (yet!)
